All,

Does BinkD support IPv6? If so; as of which version?

How would an IPv6 address be defined? Like for the 'bind' configuration
item? (And I don't recall if you can already define more than one bind
address...)

Binkd may call IPv6 address via HTTPS proxy.
Binkd may receive IPv6 calls via inetd.

So the answer is 'no', Binkd does not support IPv6 (directly). ;)

Yes, Benny Pedersen has posted about that and I will be trying it.
What about native support for it? I wouldn't have thought that the changes
would be all that extensive, though I suppose the first thing to do would be to
support multiple bindaddr statememts if that's not already present.

You may implements IPv6 into binkd code next you may send path to developer(s)
and your path should be included into main branch of code.

"HTTPS proxy" in context "binkd" means "HTTP-proxy method CONNECT"

HTTPS proxy means that binkp should support ssl in the server part

This is your authoritative opinion or waffle? If first, please refers to the
source code of the binkd.

currently only via proxy

only currently possible with xinetd

JC> (And I don't recall if you can already define more than one bind

but native ipv6 support in binkd would still be damm nice :)
