why should you? because my multihomed machine only allows for binkp on one or
some specific IPs... other IPs are not allowed to do binkp...

Well, then binkd requires a significant modification also configuration wise.
And yes, it's doable -- though I haven't seen anyone requesting it here.

[Most people will be sufficiently happy with the "listen to all, filter the
rest" approach -- before you ask: I don't like it either]
